“Purchased a battery and later realised that I'd received a promotion code prior to my purchase but sadly GSF couldn't give me the discount retrospectively, the discount would have brought the price into line with my usual supplier (Tanya Batteries). A company of their size should be able to accommodate such a small oversight. What could've been a 5 ⭐ engagement became a 3 ⭐”
