“Choose to buy from them because it was showing as "In Stock" and it stated "Delivery on Monday if ordered withing next xhrs" (it was Friday). Even paid additional £3.99 delivery (which only came up on checkout screen) beliveing that would ensure I'd get it Monday). By Monday lunch time it was still showing as "Processing"!! Had to call to be told it was "Delivery from supplier" (so not what I would call "in Stock"!) and they didn't know when it would ship but usually 1 to 2 days!. I would have rated this 1 Star but increased it to 2 Star as they did refund the £3.99 and it did finally arrive a day later (but too late for me to use).”
