“I say poor but you probably sent it in good time. Recommend you change your carrier because I'm still waiting for package to arrive. I've had to buy again from elsewhere (which arrived within 2 days) Needless to say if it turns up i will be returning it”

“GSF itself to deal with was great. Paid for next day delivery but they used the most useless delivery company ever , EVRI. Took 6 days to get to me. So had to book 2 separate repair slots because of delivery delays. Please stop using EVRI.”

“The spark plug that your store assistant ordered for me in store was the wrong fit for my car but was unable to return it because the mechanic had opened and installed it. it was when the engine misfired we realised it was the wrong plug. The oil filter I ordered online using my car details was also the wrong fit. the mechanic had to re-order the spark plug and oil filter from Eurocar part with the same details and it was the right fit.”
