“utter chaos, staff roaming around leaving queues at the till. after waiting 15 minutes to collect an order I placed online, I then had to pay cash as the EPOS wasn't working. last time buy from this shambles.”

“Order a air con compressor for my Ford Transit Custom online using the vehicle reg. I then paid a garage to fit the part which was faulty and did not work. I have had to pay the garage to remove the faulty part and refit my leaking compressor. The swindon branch have refunded the cost of the faultly part and i have submitted a claim for the cost of the fitting. This has caused much wasted time and stress just prior to travalling to Spain with the vehicle.”

“I got a reminder on bank holiday Monday to say that my local GSF was open and I could continue my order. I put my order through and I was told the parts would be waiting for me. I arrived and the store was closed. There were three other parties that had similar stories. The following day when I picked up my parts I mentioned it to the young lady who was serving me, she couldn't care less. She said it's Sunday opening hours on a bank holiday Monday. I asked why they send out reminders telling everyone that they're open and they don't say that it's Sunday opening hours. I asked her if she would be telling her manager and she basically wasn't interested.”
