“Ordered some wiper blades for my Mokka X. The guy behind the counter was very helpful and quickly found my order. I queried the order as the box said 13” wiper and the receipt said 14” so he came out to the car and checked it would fit and noticed that the end fitting was different. Said he would get the correct wiper which was slightly more expensive. Charged me the difference and then offered to fit if for me. Whilst he was doing this he said that the wipers that were already on the car were actually not the right ones so grabbed the originally purchased ones and fitted those then refunded me the additional charge I had paid. He didn’t have to fit them and didn’t charge me for fitting either. Really nice guy. Parts were fitted in no time and I now have fully working wiper. Thank you GSF Car parts”

“I recently ordered a part online through the reservation system and recieved an SMS to advise that te part was ready. Arrived at the branch only to find that the sales assistant couldn't find the order on the system.... What kind of antiquated IT system is GSF using? I had to re-order on my phone and wait until head office sent it through!? utter beaurocratic madness.... I certainly won't be returning to GSF anytime soon....”
