“Farnham branch gave me a wrong box of brake pads, the box number ended with 8241 and the receipt called for 8244, found out when trying to fit pads to customers car! Basingstoke (local) branch refused to swap for the correct pad box (with receipt) and stated that I had to drive all the way back to Farnham, which I had to do. Not happy!”
