“Order accepted but only half sent. Whilst the money was promptly refunded this didn’t help in getting parts from an alternative supplier over a Bank Holiday weekend. It would have been far better if I had been notified at the time of ordering that one of the items was out of stock- especially as most places seem to sell them in pairs I also paid for Next Day delivery, well before the advertised cutoff time but this didn’t happen either. The half of the order that was sent arrived a day late. I had no chance at knowing what was happening- and email after 36 hours telling me a part wouldn’t be sent but then an email advising me my order was completed and shipped only made it more of a nightmare Overall rather disappointing, I will reserve judgement on the quality of the part received until it’s been fitted a while”

“Ordered a centre box for the exhaust for collection it was in stock and ready for collection in half an hour. It was very reasonably priced and an easy fix. Very pleased with the outcome. Staff friendly and very helpful would recommend.”
