“I placed my order on 31st December, and at the time of purchase it was stated that delivery would take 2–4 working days. However, I only just received an email confirming that my order has been dispatched. As of now, I still have not received my order, nor have I received any response from customer service. I have tried repeatedly to contact them, but phone calls are not answered, emails receive no response, and the live chat appears to be unavailable. This lack of communication and the ongoing delay are very disappointing.”
