“I've used GSF for quite a few years now both for my business needs & my own car. ALWAYS HAVE WHAT I NEED & EVEN ON 1 OCCASION WHEN COMPUTERS WENT DOWN SORTED MY ORDER OUT MANUALLY WITHIN 10 MINUTES. GOOD SET OF LADS PS I DRIVE 12 miles so the service must be good”

“I ordered a battery and it was to be delivered between the second and fourth of October and it wasn’t delivered until the sixth and that was after I spent hours on the phone trying to speak to someone. I would have to be desperate before I ordered anything on line from GSF. A very dissatisfied customer.”

“Parts ordered using the GSF website were found to be the wrong ones after the work on the vehicle had made it unroadworthy. My phone calli was dealt with in a very off-hand fashion - almost implying it was my fault for using your website. The correct replacement was delivered to you the next day but this meant I had o makea second journey to collect and pay the full price for the correct part. I will not be using GSF again.”
