“The young girl on the counter was very helpful, and was able to correct a pricing anomaly that was present on the web site. An item would display as one price on the website with its discount already shown, yet when you selected it the price in the basket was slightly higher.”

“Parts were in the shop as they should have been. For some reason a lovely lady was serving all the customers by her self. Other staff were present but seemed unavailable. I waited almost 15 minutes. Not the fault of the lady. She only has one pair of hands”
