“I ordered online for click and collect at Bristol Easton store. Had an phoncall and text to say my parts were ready. They wernt available .Was busy and a long cue seemed total choas.Staff seemed confused about what was available. One guy served me and started my order then dissapeared up stairs for a cigarette.Effectively abandoning me at counter. I got angey in the end and someone else eventualy processed half of my order. Didnt return for the other half and picked up what i needed elsewhere! Shambles of a company that dont stop spamming me with advertising now!”
