“Ordered on Christmas Eve so no way was I expecting "Next Day" delivery plus the weekend started after boxing day, but it arrived on the day before New Years Eve which I was impressed buy. Only down side was the courier didn't read the "This way up only" sign on the box, (it was a car battery I ordered), but no harm done.”

“I was stuck on Xmas eve with a totally dead auxiliary battery on my hybrid car. I couldn’t do anything with it as the auxiliary battery controls all primary functions ( lights, locks and telling the computer the state of the car). I had to leave it until the 27th when I contacted the main dealer, but they were unhelpful as it was the holiday period. I was stuck unable to even move the car. Luckily GSF CarParts were open so I got a lift and I purchased a new battery. 30 minutes later the new battery was in the car and I could then get it started and moved. GSF literally saved my bacon.”

“Hi all, I sure that not all depot are the same but if you ever use the Skipton branch please bare in mine not to go at meal times, I needed a new battery for my van but wasn't sure, what would be the correct replacement so I asked the lady to look on the system, she was very reluctant to do, I also asked to lend a tape measure so I could measure the compartment of the battery to which it was no. So then I asked to take the new battery outside to marry it up and make sure it fitted to which the lady said is this going to take much longer as my breakfast is upstairs, well I was totally gobsmacked of the lack of professionalism ( I do think this lady is in the wrong job ) anyway I then confirmed it was the right battery so the proceeded to payment and I had seen a discount but guess what the lady said it was only online so I said i will pay for it online to which she said she was going for her breakfast and left me in reception. So totally unprofessional by this lady and if your reading this review I suggest you find another job that will suit you because working for GSF at Skipton will only get bad reviews while you work for them.”
