“Excellent service, they are always on the ball and very little waiting time. On my recent visit to the Boldon branch they checked the parts I had ordered and they were wrong, they quickly looked up the correct parts and changed the order. Thanks guys youre amazing !!!”

“Looked around for the Exhaust for a Ford KA, purchased from 2 separate vendors and had to return, but GSF Car Parts came through with the correct parts. Very happy with the resut. Service at the shop was OK, not given a hnad to get the unweildy thing out of the shiop, but not really that bothered.”

“Not happy, wrong fuel filter supplied ( store supplied a fuel filter with a similar part No. ) . This cost me time and an additional 20 miles of driving, so no saving made using GSF. Staff did not care or say sorry”

“I Paid £7.95 extra for 24H next day delivery but the parts did not arrive, When I phoned next morning the person said " As a gesture of goodwill they will refund the £7.95" Well you could hardly keep the extra money I paid could you. Please stop using DPD.”
