“The website said my order will be ready by 8am the next day and I even received a text message the next morning to confirm my order is ready for collection. When I got to the branch, only the brake pads were ready but not the brake discs so I had to come in again the next day to collect the discs. When I got there, I was told the online price was wrong and that they cost more, so they tried to make me pay more for them. Poor service and systems - felt sorry for front desk staff as it’s not their fault but they are bearing the brunt of it all.”
