“Went to T Wells branch to collect my order and was asked to wait until the items were found in the warehouse, my order was not ready although I had an email to confirm it was ready for collection. Second the guy serving me was very abrupt and the way he came across was of a person that was forced to be there not somebody ready to look after his customers. The branch looks like a war was going on with stock and shelving units pushed in the corner against the wall in front of the counter, behind the counter same image of untidy and stock everywhere. Not a welcoming scene and definitely not from the guy that served me. To be completely honest based on my experience I would not recommend the branch at all, same that the company has a very good pricing strategy and competitive quality products. Tunbridge Wells branch needs a good clean up and some people there could benefit from some customer service training.”

“I ordered a car battery on Sunday only because it stated delivery would be Tuesday as we are going on a New Years holiday.With no communication and sitting indoors all day waiting I telephoned to get put on hold for over 10 mins to then be told the battery isn’t going to be delivered until Wednesday unless I can collect )in my car that won’t start)So now I’ve lost a day of my holiday and no battery!”
