“The lady who was on the desk was rude . I asked if the product I wanted was in stock as I checked online before I went she was chewing gum and blowing bubbles she tapped a few keys on her computer and said it was not in stock . No offer to order one . I then sat in my car in your car park and ordered it online . Guess what ! My order would be ready within half an hour . I actually got a message 15 mins later to say it was ready . Unfortunately I had to deal with this same lady when I told her I had ordered it online In the carpark she just shrugged her shoulders. It gets better ,Unfortunately the item had missing parts .I went back and guess what I had to deal with her a third time ! I explained that parts were missing and told her which parts. I asked to order another . The lady said it would be available after 3.30 that afternoon I said I will pick up the following day as I really didn't want to have more dealings with her . I went back the next day a gentleman was working the desk and he couldn't have been more helpful . He checked that I had all the parts required and said if there was any problems to come back and see him . A far better experience on that occasion.”

“If ordering parts and being told I must drive 20 minutes to get the parts today, even though apparently the other closer stores have the parts too. Just to find out that I must then drive another 20 minutes to get to the closest store with the parts in stock! This is a joke that in today's age of computers, a company cannot let me know if they have a part in stock!”
