“Ordered parts on a Thursday evening, so was expecting delivery by the following Wednesday, however one was delivered on Saturday which was great via DPD, and the other was delivered by fedex the following Thursday. However the issue is no tracking details or notification when items are to be delivered. Tried contacting customer services through chat but they were extremely busy, then raised a ticket via email still no reply, eventually managed to contact customer services through the telephone line who were able to give me tracking information. It would be nice if this information was available when purchasing online. But overall a great service.”

“Not impressed: I order 2 items that are shown as in stock, I telephoned before setting off to ensure they were ready for collection and I am told that if I haven't received an email saying there's an issue with my order, they'll be ready for collection. Guess what, only 1 item was available for collection, the 2 item was out of stock. I'm back to Euro Car Parts from now on.”

“Appalling experience with GSF. Ordered parts on 06/03/26 . I still have received them as at the time of writing on 13/03/26. Trying to contact GSF is difficult. Hanging on the phone for ages. Eventually answered and parts were going to be "re-despatched". I still haven't received them, not have I had any updates from GSF. The so called "Live Chat" is just a messaging system. Again, I still haven't had a response from you. The email I sent to simply bounced back as ".....not monitored" . Never again.”
