“I arrived to collect my online order which was ready to collect over 2 hours according to my email to collect my order i can see 3 people on the telephones after waiting 7 minutes I asked if anyone is serving. I was told there will be someone in a minute to help me, and then continue to talk on the phone for another five minutes the three other people behind me are also now getting upset and the person behind me has asked how long are we waiting for service. When eventually someone did arrive my order wasn't ready and I had to wait while they went to find my items that my email two hours earlier had told me it's ready to collect. Timewasters totally no consideration for people waiting to be serverved as i left I felt my business is unappreciated and the five customers behind me are delayed because of this unprofessional mickey mouse company, why didn't the three people on the phone hold a call for one minute to serve at least one customer to help out no consideration at all.”

“The promotion stated that customers who spent over £20 prior to Christmas would receive a free WD-40 gift. I spent more than £20 on a car service kit; however, I did not receive the advertised item. I raised this matter in store at your White Hart Lane (N17) branch and showed them the promotional email as evidence, but the offer was still not honoured. I would also like to point out that this is not the first time I have experienced an issue of this nature, which is very disappointing. I expect promotional offers advertised by your company to be honoured when the stated conditions are clearly met. I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and clarification on how this will be resolved.”
