“On GSF branch Hayes isn’t any profesional seller. They all are without profesional attitute and they are not capability to find the parts for customer and any pacience. I find the parts that need myself and after I come back in store to show to seller that the part exist but he can’t find because they are not any attention to customers and spoke on mobil or joke with anothers This cause me delay and I cannot finish to fixing my van and many problems for me and much costs I must avoid GSF Hayes because it is second time when i have bad expierence there Another time I bought one battery £172 and after I show to seller that this battery cost £132 and after make me the refund I think that it is bad attitude for this country by this ,,sellers” on GSF Hayes”

“we search for a car batterie with exact details make, Model, Year, and registration the search came up with a £42 batterie I used pick up the next day went to your depo I paid and collect visually it appears like a wrong size when I asked I been told small batterie for small car i took the batterie, after getting out the old one we find out it was the wrong one i return the batterie and the old one too the person Ho was serving and told me it was the correct one refuse to step out to cheque and compare the batterie I had to left both batteries for him to have a look (I am not allowed to left Heavey item due to medical reasons) after another search he came up with what he claimed a correct one £140.”

“Ordered something on the web site and paid for it, received a email to say my order had been dispatched and 8 days later still no delivery. When i chased it up i was told it was coming from a third party and they would need to speak to them about it, i requested a refund on the order bit have been told i can't get one until the third party company can confirm if the item has bee dispatched. When i ordered the website said delivery was 2-4 working days.”

“I ordered a part for my partners car with 2-3 days delivery. When the carrier showed that they were still waiting on it 2 days later I engaged with GSF chat and then email and on the Monday (6 days after ordering) I was informed that the part had been lost by the carrier. Whilst this part is not GSF’s fault and their chat staff were helpful I will not be rushing to order from them as first choice. I got the part from euro carparts the same day.”
