“This company is rubbish. I ordered 4 glow plug 7 days ago and still not arrived. Emailed them and got the maddest reply ever which was It's out our hands and down to the supplier. 4 to 5 days once posted but have no idea when it will be posted. Taking people's money and then passing the buck to someone else. Like I said rubbish company. Required refund.”

“I bought 3 parts online with my number plate , 2 off the parts were wrong meaning I had to return to the shop which was busy with people to obtain the correct ones,To then be told as I Purchased online the chap couldn’t refund me so I had to buy the correct ones and wait for a refund. That will teach me to buy online The chap in the store was very helpful as was Kelly when I picked up the items initially.”
