“Ive picked up a few parts for my daughters car and the service is amazing always helpful and even if your a little short of change they will offer you a discount, which to me shows great customer service and not being greedy to take every single penny in these times. Would definitely recommend.”

“Worst service i have ever had with this company. A million and one excess as to why a item order over 10 days ago is now obsolete after being told its coming from the supplier and yet they have the item in a store but they cant release it even though they have the money for the item seriously contemplating whether I use this company again or not”

“Costumer Service is terrible. When my parts didn't arrive on time, the consultant simply told me to wait without investigating the actual cause. It turned out that during the shipment via FedEx, GSF hadn't included my house number. All the consultant had to do was read the "invalid address" message on the tracking page. At the time, I didn't have a tracking number because the shipment was split into two deliveries. One arrived, but the other had a problem.”

“Basically I ordered parts on the 12/3 impressed by the 3 working days delivery promise .It is now 19/3 still waiting for parts . I tried "live chat" I tried e.mail and phone call in all wasted at least 4 hours of my time and no results.”

“Excellent service . Ordered the battery and it was delivered the following day. The packaging was very good so battery was in fine shape. The battery was a direct replacement for one I bought 8 years ago and it had only gone up £11 so well pleased all round.”

“Ordered next day delivery on a Febi water pump. Still no sign of it after 7 days. 3 phone calls later to be told the order hadn't been dealt with correctly, so another 4 days wait. I asked for a refund. Ordered it from Febi direct for next day. Wish I'd known beforehand. Poor show GSF!”
