“Needed front discs for a Golf GTD, the website only gave one result that matched my reg no so ordered these and applied the GSF24 discount code. Discs arrived and after fitting on one side I realised they were the wrong diameter, so took it off again and returned to local store, where I had to fill in a form to be able to get a refund, which hasn't arrived yet. Then I had to purchase the correct discs for which they were unable to give me the discount I got from the website, so cost me an extra £12, so all told I am currently £72 out of pocket. Unimpressed!!”

“Ordered 2 items on line, received notification they were ready for collection ! When I arrived they could only find 1 off . Whats the point of ordering in advance ? To confirm everything is ready for collection and then having to make another trip to collect the missing items would have appreiciated being informed at the time only 1 off would be available so I could make other arrangements.”
