“The prices are good, but it starts to be a bit pointless when they say it's in stock and you end up making 3 trips because they can organise themselves. Come on GSF, why is your online stock system run by a 3rs party company who don't actually know the stock levels. I can't use you in future because you cost me 5 hours in wasted journeys and 2 days waiting for parts.”

“First time I've had a hiccup with GSF. Ordered a battery went to collect it but unfortunately it was dead. Returned to the store 3 times. Eventually got one. This minor problem will not prevent me from using GSF as my "go to" for car parts.”

“Never ever will I order at Welwyn Garden branch . They wasted my time as I came to pick up in the morning and they had the wrong item . Said they’ll order again and to come at lunch to find out that they have not got it .”

“Good prices , get items next day if they aren't in stock , very small waiting room , cramped when more than 4 people , slow service as the guy dealing with you has to go in the stores to fetch the items , could do with a runner to collect the items”
