“Easy to use website and ordering is straightforward. Great communication throughout and excellent value for money. My only reason for giving a 4* and not 5* is that this was the first time I've used the home delivery option because the parts weren't available for collection at my local store. In itself, this wasn't a problem. The problem was when I returned the calliper to my local store to receive the surcharge payment. Had I used the click-and-collect, I would have received the surcharge payment. Because I used the home delivery option, it was a real faff in making phone calls and filling out forms. In future, If a product has a surcharge I'll ensure I use the click-and-collect from store option.”

“I ordered a battery replacement for my car, which was both very expensive (but probably cheaper than ordering it from Toyota) and very heavy. GSF was very good at providing the correct battery replacement, which was important. However, the delivery by UPS was less than satisfactory. Despite someone being at home, UPS claimed there was no one to accept it and delivered it to a nearby pharmacy. This meant I had to collect it and carry the battery weighing over 10kgs about 100yds to my home, which at my age was less than satisfactory.”
