I ordered a battery replacement for my car, which was both very expensive (but probably cheaper than ordering it from Toyota) and very heavy. GSF was very good at providing the correct battery replacement, which was important. However, the delivery by UPS was less than satisfactory. Despite someone being at home, UPS claimed there was no one to accept it and delivered it to a nearby pharmacy. This meant I had to collect it and carry the battery weighing over 10kgs about 100yds to my home, which at my age was less than satisfactory.
