“Made a mistake on ordering and realised within 5 minutes of ordering. Immediately went online and there is no means of cancelling an order even one placed in the last few minutes late on a Sunday evening. Contacted GSF through the online form and had no response until someone finally got back to me late on Monday to say that it's already been shipped and could not be cancelled. A bit rubbish that you can't cancel an unprocessed order online. I'll use Amazon or Tayna in future as the customer experience is better.”
