“Ordered to be picked up in store next day (Saturday) at 10am. Arrived at 10am to be told they wouldn't have it till Monday or maybe Tuesday. Had to do a 2 hour round trip to collect the part from another store that has my item. No discount offered. Very bad service.”

“I used to get most of my parts from Gsf at my local branch but finding cheaper on line know these days and think it’s unfair on the branch and the manager who can’t price match your on line price as your 1 company.”

“Duff battery drove round trip of 30miles back to gsf store handed back then told 3to5 days for money back then e mailed customer service to be told 14days not good service at centre. Will not go there again”

“I searched online for Bosch windscreen wipers and the top result was GSF Car Parts. I was surprised to also find they were the cheapest. I ordered them online and used click&collect I got notified minutes later that they were ready. The lady I saw was very nice and efficient. As the counter was about 3 miles away I was home with the new wipers within an hour. Great service.”

“I ordered a battery on a Friday and expected it to be delivered on the following Monday as the website advised a "next day delivery - Monday to Friday". Unfortunately it was delivered at 7.30am on the Saturday with no notification being given until 6.30am on the Saturday. The battery was dropped on the doorstep with no attempt to leave it with a neighbour which was unfortunate as I was away for the weekend. I could see from my doorbell that the parcel was waiting so I had to contact a neighbour to ask them to recover it. When I unpacked the box I found totally inadequate packaging for an item containing hazardous chemicals. Fortunately the battery was not cracked.”
