“My last order was for three items. I received an email at 08:21 stating that my Click & Collect order was ready for collection but when I arrived an hour later, only two of the items were actually in stock and ready to collect. This is the first time that this has happened but it was rather annoying!”

“I enjoy using GSF for my car parts although on the odd occasion I have been given the wrong part. Although this has happened I have gone back and every time either been refunded or given the correct part. Brilliant service and great people working for the company always happy to help at the long Aston site.”

“Hello, as a car store is great but you do not have many parts that I have to look elsewhere and which are not very high you can find cheaper. And he buys a lot of parts and I do not have a client's card. Regards Mariusz”

“Only quibble is that the website was very slow with windows 7 so I had to use a windows 10 laptop to get a good response. Online discount excellent but clicking on the code on first screen didn't seem to work and the code had to be manually input. I like not having to pay online.”
