“Even though the web site does not always give the correct parts list for the vehicle, and the parts pictures are very often completely wrong, (this is down to the laziness or incompetence of the IT dept) the staff on the desk were very helpful in sorting the problem out, unfortunately this problem occurs far too often, thank goodness for the desk staff who know what they are doing.”

“The sales staff were polite on front counter. What I did find is as I purchased a heavy battery it would have been nice to have them to have offered to carry it to my car for me as it was a large battery.”

“Prompt service; goods received when forecast. Disappointed to find that one of the items was damaged and further disappointed to find that my emails failed to show up at the website.sales@gsfcarparts.com incoming mail. Thankfully I spoke to Reagan at GSF net sales and within 30 minutes all was sorted via his personal GSF E address. The replacement part should now be winging its way towards me.”

“Very good discounts on offer. However I find that the standard price of the goods is overpriced. Seems like this is a bit of a trick to give the perception that you’re getting a good deal. Other than good range of brands available and click and collect service is really good.”
