“Service was good, however I do think it odd that I had to pre purchase on my phone in the store to get the use of the discount code? - surely you should be able to apply the same codes online or in store?”

“Good experiences so far. Last order contained incorrect parts but were replaced and correct item arrived the next day. Would be good to have more quality options for some parts. Bit hit and miss whether a high quality part is available for your car.”

“I chose a gsf that was further away from my home because the website said they had all the parts in stock. But when I got there one item had been substituted for an incorrect item. But the guy serving me phoned around and found the correct part at the gsf closer to my home and arranged for it to be put aside saving the day . So thanks to him for going that little bit beyond.”

“I've always liked the service I get from GSF. The team I deal with at White Hart Lane are always friendly, understanding and diligent. The only caveat I have is with the parts themselves; I have an old car, a 1994 model and although most of the parts I order are indeed good, there has been more than one occasion when the component simply doesn't fit the car (is designed incorrectly) and I've had to make modifications or resort to paying exorbitant fees for Main Dealer components, having gone to the trouble of returning the GSF ordered part. This said, returns are trouble-free from a 'dealing with GSF' perspective.”

“Generally great. Great prices when discount codes applied. Multiple options per part. Option to pick up parts from store also good. Website good but could be better: not always clear which parts fit your car. As no OEM part numbers are provided it can be impossible to check.”

“I needed some parts for my car and GSF had a 60% discount deal going on for Black Friday - I purchased new wiper blades, an air filter and I needed a new H7 bulb for my headlight. I was pleased with the price, especially with the discount, but their online support basically told me the wrong information - despite asking several times for clarification - in that the H7 bulb was a pair. I asked several times if the pack I was looking at was for a single or double, and was told it was a double, so I purchased based on that. It turned out it was a single, but I couldn't be bothered with all the messing around to sort out so accepted the bulb as it was - I only needed one, but it's always a good idea to change both at the same time. Had to wait a while in-store until anybody came to the desk, but they were pretty busy with all the deals going on. Would use again, but just don't trust their online support and the descriptions online leave you confused as there's no obvious difference between a number of parts due to the lack of description. Hence why I asked, but was told the wrong information anyway!”
