“Delivery time and price was good, however i ordered an indicator housing which in the photo was clear(which is what i wanted) however when i collected it, it was a yellow housing”

“Received a email with reference number soon after order & had reminders each day which although annoying was also helpful as I had forgotten as it was over Christmas & new year. Would've preferred not having to find a code & entering though, would've preferred it just being added at checkout or actually on item page showing the cost with code added :)”

“Letchworth branch very helpful and bought new battery and engine oil at a great discount. One of the customer services guys in head office was abrupt and rude and another was very helpful, otherwise 5 stars.”

“Very good service no problems with ordering on line. I did order my parts at 60% discount then noticed a few days later they were reduced to 65% which I thought was a bit off. But still happy with my purchase I will just have to keep a keen eye on your discounts in future.”

“First time I've used GSF. Web site was easy to navigate and it presented me with exactly the parts I needed with minimal effort and fuss. Prices were competitive (after promo codes). Items were delivered quickly and they all arrived exactly as expected. New battery and starter motor are now fitted and the van works good as new again.”
