“Recently bought a Yuasa battery from GSF. Used the click & collect system with no issues. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, was that they wouldn't take the old battery off me. Which meant I had to recycle it myself.”

“Staff are helpful and store is conveniently located near my work. The 60% deal made the screen wash cheaper than in the summer. The only down side hence 4 out of 5 is the website, it is slow to load and will not load properly onto a phone. Apart from that great service.”

“Excellent service and good prices when using discount codes. The only reason the review is not 5 star, is the obvious way that online prices are inflated prior to the discount code being applied (ie the discount is not the scale it appears to be)”

“Got what I needed ( a battery ) at a reasonable price (after 60?% discount) with quick delivery. Would buy from again if similar levels of discount available. Not happy about amount of spam I received in the following days. Found the unsubscribe link was broken so couldn't stop it.”

“Good click and collect service including refund for wrong ordered item. Packaging on a high value part was open always a concern if it is the right item. Suggest boxes are Re taped to prevent mix ups or damage”

“Shipping is fast and reliable, but don’t rip open the padded envelopes, they are made of recycled paper fibres and it goes everywhere! Will carry on using GSF but like the other we’ll known motor factors the “big sales” and “discounts” are misleading and prices usually inflated before the big discounts. Just make it simple with the lowest price GSF and you’ll get more custom.”

“Didn't want to wait for delivery after ordering online, so I bought a set of brake pads and a sensor on the GSF website and collected them the same day from my local store. No problems and the parts were good value, so I fitted them the same day and job done. Happy Bunny!”

“I always buy from GSF, very good quality and good experience, the only issue I have it I recently bought brake pads which didn’t fit in my car even I double check with the branch, I returned them with no issue.”

“GSF car parts are good! Well i made an online order but when i turned up to pick it up their online order pick up system was down however staff was very helpful and were able to fullfil my online order on the spot anyway. Mechanics fitted the new parts and my old beater got a 2nd wind. Lovely, I really appreciate GSF and their generous discounts! I highly recommend”

“I order a lot of parts online and on most occasions service is very good and that is the main reason I use GSF. However last 2 occasions have been very bad experience. Lack of communication being key issue.”
