“Good service, Parts are always a good price and normally in stock”

“Excellent prices! The only problem is sometimes your staff advises on wrong parts and when you bring them back they don't don't seem to be helpful, instead very defensive. May be appropriate coding on parts is more of an improvement action to the problem.”

“Good prices (with the regular discounts) and availability of parts, especially in very helpful stores. Could do better to match in-store and online availability - often things not listed on the website are available in-store.”

“Parts are good and at a good price. Staff in the Kingston store don’t have the best customer service skills however. A “hello I’ll be with you shortly” would have been nice. But I just stood there like the invisible Man until they served me after 15 minutes.”

“I enjoy enjoy using the online ordering and selection..in the past I have used the counter service at he former Acre Lane branch..Counter service is good .albeit off peak timings can make a difference to service afforded.”

“Very good company but the prices should be cheaper in store than online. I was quoted more in store but when I checked online it was cheaper to order online. I would recommend you give account and promo codes to loyal customer.”

“Generally GSF have what I need in stock at a good price. My only issue has been with an own-brand battery which failed just over a year old and GSF wouldn't replace :(”

“I ordered 2 sets of brake pads on online. I then found out I had ordered 1 set incorrectly. I rang up and they told me the correct numbers. My correct ones were then bought from my nearest outlet who were very helpful and also returned my incorrect order for an online refund which was dealt with quickly.”
