“Quick service and received a call within ten minutes to say the click and collect was ready, Service kit. Oil filter was wrong but was down to a computer error and changed without question. While i was there the printer had gone down and couldnt provide an invoice ,left my email address and was told they would email it across but never did other wise would of been 5 star. Would use again”

“Some stuff very helpful, while others can be very rude. i didn't get to see the name of stuff being rude, as he was behind the wall. I give it a "Good" due to one stuff going out of his way to help with my web order.”

“Generally a good service but the web site could be better I.e. Make it more obvious when (day) you're parts will be ready, also more detailed fitting information of parts. When picking up ordered parts staff always seem to spend time hunting for parts.”

“Helpful staff at Manchester branch took back incorrectly ordered parts to return, and sorted me out with correct replacements, accepting the discount code my online order hadn’t registered. Bit of a delay as the discs ordered were not in the shelf even though showing in the system, but made alternative available with a token gesture of goodwill. I’ve used GSF in the past and will continue to do so.”

“Dealt with gsf over the phone to order some bits as the parts I was after wasn’t available for home delivery. After a phone call everything was dealt with efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble and even thought there was a slight delay getting the part, one phone later and it was sent next day delivery free of charge. Very happy with the customer service. 4 and a half stars!!”

“A great bunch at Leamington spa. Prices are not always the cheapest. Though a trade customer, I find I get a better deal using 'click and collect' with the available discount codes. It's not good for my customer relationship when the customer tells me he could have got the parts cheaper on the internet. It would be better if I could be assured of the best deal when in store.”

“website experience is okay, could be better, loading and refreshes make it feel awkward. Sometimes hard to understand which part i need, In store experience great, very friendly informative staff. Went the extra step to ensure I had what I needed and double checked the parts with me.”
