“Parts- in some cases you have a choice between basic and top of the range to suit your pocket. Staff are always very helpful but sometimes it is irritating that there are three or four people on the phone and no one serving or acknowledging you are there.”

“Guys at the desk always knowledgeable and polite. The weekend discounts are very useful, but the products are sometimes three tier with regards to quality and price sometimes too much choice, because we all want quality and safety . My last purchase was a a air pump , Priced at 30 pounds approx After discount down to 16, but the quality was not of a £30 pump, many thanks Geoff”

“Been using GSF for over the past 25 years. Been good and helpful over this time and handy to have a local branch. Stock and supplies for my for my older cars seems to be getting limited now. Opening hours at the weekend not so good and missed one order pick up as the store closed earlied than advertised.”

“Excellent supply of stock kept in stores. Opening Hours are good. The only thing I found was that counter staff was very thin on ground for a Saturday morning 20 minute wait for a click and collect service only one member of staff behind counter.”

“The parts I’ve purchased from GSF have been as expected. The staff at my local branch are helpful. The online ordering system is pre historic! I use an iOS phone and tablet for ordering. The system isn’t iOS compatible, I’ve lost track of the amount of times I’ve had to cancel the order and start again. Come on GSF, you can do better.”

“Past cuple of months have been having a problem getting parts from gsf. When you order car parts online for click and collect the parts on never in stock or you don't get a ring back at all from gsf wolverhampton to come and collect.eg vetech brand car engine oil.i have been useing eurocar parts.if this does not get sorted out you will lose alot of customers.”

“I always compare ECP and GSF for prices. You need to be signed up for both for email alerts as the weekly discount codes can be s much as 60% off, especially for weekend deals. GSF consistently have the biggest discounts and the staff are always helpful. I buy a lot!”

“I when to Aztec west branch in Bristol, I was told it has been open for about 18 months ,I was not aware of it being there and I work at the large Aerospace factory which is only 1.5 miles away. Apart from that staff there were very helpful and a very good quality parts at a very good price, now I know where they are I will definitely be using again”
