“I ordered oil pressure switch online for collection it did not work properly although I had to return the part and exchange to more times I found the assistant manager very very helpful and came away with the correct oil pressure switch”

“Rear os wheel bearing kit for 1998 Toyota Starlet. Prompt reply to online click and collect order. Only problem, had to go to Fort Dunlop to collect as my local Oldbury branch didn't have it in stock. Had to wait a while at collect counter as young man was serving someone else and did not acknowledge me at all, didn't even speak to me. Eventually an older gentleman appeared out from the back and was surprised I was at the collect counter as he hadn't been told! No problem, but maybe a counter bell would be useful. Haven't used the parts yet, but sure they'll be fine. Jmeryl”

“Wipers. Ordered online. Picked up in store. Given different size to one ordered. Other was in an open box, with a used attachment (cobwebs and dust). Lol. Would still use them again as price and location are perfect.”

“Ordering and delivery was great and on time. The only problem was the items had all come out of their individual boxes in the postage bag. The individual items could have been sealed to prevent this”
