“I try to shop as much as possible at GSF Car Parts bit been having issues at receiving emails with the weekend code, I always receive it during the week. I have reported it to the social media on Facebook about the issue but they blamed my email operator. So sometimes I have to go elsewhere for my parts. We have 5 cars in the family and when possible I use gsf as they have good customer care team in Rochdale.”

“GSF car parts offer great value for money on a lot of spares and service items. It is often worth waiting for sales for non urgent service parts. The website is easy to use and I always check what GSF have to offer when looking for parts.”

“Ordered pads & discs. Unfortunately wrong discs selected as I beleave webpage should flag up If your order parts don't match. It's a proper chew to return parts and wait for refund read small print. Other than that was 3 day delivery.”

“Great price. Ordered on line, collected in store. Unfortunately the part supplied was a different part than that ordered. Took it back, changed to the correct one no problem. Only downside was having to make 2 trips. Will use again”

“Great price and good service /stock levels although I think your pictures for certain items and description could be a lot better . Bought a clutch on-line picture showed 3 piece clutch with concentric release and the description didn't say anything to contradict that . Clutch turned up 1.5 days later without the release bearing . It then cost me another £80 ... that bit has really let your excellent service down .”

“Good service. Like the vouchers sent via e mail. Perhaps some special offers on servicing tools ? Oil filter wrenches ? Spring compressors etc. Would use your service again.”

“I have used GFS car parts at Derby over a number of years , I tend to fit premium quality parts , and look out for offers which makes this more viable , I have always found the staff very helpful , Sometimes the prices can be more inflated against other motor factors ,so in these instances they do not get my business , Hope these comments help , and remember good quality parts will mean returning HAPPY customers”

“Bought a new master cylinder from GSF but surprised that at over £100 it did not come with a bench bleed kit. Asked staff in store if they had a bench bleed kit to buy but all they had was standard brake bleed kits. When fitting a new master cylinder it is essential to bleed on the bench before fitting to the vehicle to remove as much air as possible and avoid difficult bleeding on the vehicle. A bench kit comprises of 2 plastic fittings and 2 short lengths of hose, probably costing under £1, yet they were not included in the GSF product and not available to purchase separately, making installation difficult. Disappointed that GSF do not have the purchasing power and attention to detail to pressurise manufacturers to include this convenience at virtually no extra cost.”

“Very good service. Most of the parts I need are in stock but some such as an inner cv joint for a golf you don’t stock. I would have thought that would be a fairly common part. On the whole though I highly rate you and regularly recommend you to friends.”

“The biggest problem was having to drive to heathrow to collect my parts as they were not available in any of my surrounding outlets until the Wednesday. No use at all when the car required to be back on the road by the end of the weekend.”

“Most parts are of premium quality original and price is good with fast delivery and easy to order,have tried others but still return to GSF for the quality.”

“The parts were packaged accordingly and on time. The disc brakes however once fitted onto the vehicle made a grinding noise only because the disc did not sit on the shield properly. The issue was resolved by hammering the shield back slightly. The brake pads are good fit and easy to put on.”
