“Excellent click and collect service from Bristol central. Multiple choices for brake parts and very helpful staff(with better systems to drill down to car specific parts) meant I did not have to buy all options and return those that did not fit.”

“Ordered on line brake pads and discs using my registration number so I got the correct parts. Went to pick them up and I had ordered the wrong pads. The nice gent in the shop helped me obtain the right ones. Couldn't really understand how I got the wrong ones I would have thought putting in your reg number would only bring up parts suitable for your car anyway overall very good service will deffiantly use again.”

“All pretty good. When I arrived to collect my order the big item wasn’t where it should have been and there was a ten minute delay whilst the member of counter staff had to hunt for it. It was apparently in returns. Very helpful and polite counter staff. Thanks.”

“I recently placed an online order whereby i forgot to use the discount code, as i couldn't see where to delete the order i re-ordered using the code and would inform them on collection of the second order what i had done. I was told on explaining the order not required that it was a normal incident and that he would delete it off their system, i did however receive an email the following day stating that i had not picked up my order, so sent an email stating i had and the one mentioned should have been deleted at source. An excellent method of shopping for car parts at very good discounts.”
