“Easy to find the parts I needed for a classic Beetle online, though a little more description of the part would be good with classic vehicle parts. Staff in store we're very helpful when collecting.”

“Parts were ready for collection almost immediately. I had to recheck they were the right parts in store as the website isn't always the clearist. Service was quick and helpful though which makes up for it.”

“On line ordering system is not at all clear, if you enter the car registration and select spark plugs it puts 1 in your basket, common sense would be 4? Staff in Letchworth branch very helpful and patient”

“GSF had the parts I needed but initial confusion when first made the enquiry. Got a healthy discount using a voucher code but had to collect my parts from Birmingham and not Derby. Spent 25 pointless minutes on the phone to GSF and was eventually made to reserve online - where I could check availability anyway. Aside from that all good.”

“On the whole I'm very happy with the service provided. The only concern I have is with the reliability of some suspension parts. I've owned the same car for the past thirteen years, two years ago I replaced the whole front suspension bar the shock absorbers. I am now finding premature play/wear on both lower wishbone ballpoints after only seven thousand miles. Now have to consider OEM parts.”

“Would of given 5* but the website needs looking into as there's a lot of broken links. The staff at gsf are more than helpful they helped me select the correct brakes for my car also when i had a problem and wanted to return it there was no problems.”
