“The website is easy to navigate, and ordering stuff is easy. I made a reservation which I collected from my local store the following day. I entered my car's registration number in to find the brake pad set needed, but it turned out to be the wrong one for my car. The store accepted it back and issued a full refund with no questions. The brake cleaner I bought as well is excellent.”

“in the store some people buy goods for 100 pounds and some can buy the same product for 40 pounds on the Internet .... it's funny! But in principle I'm satisfied with your work.”

“Parts arrived quickly and correct. Unfortunately the box containing the parts was damaged leaving all the parts in the mail bag. Parts were undamaged though.”

“I gave you 4 stars because I had to wait 4 days for ordered item despite it has been said it is on the stock. When I collected the part it was not the right one. The same day Cheltenham store ordered the new, right one and I could collect it.”
