“A good friendly team at my local branch (Leamington Spa). My only wish is that best prices could be optimised so that I know I'm getting the best deal. i.e. if there is a 60% discount offer available, i get it automatically in the branch as well as the internet. I use GSF as my default factor. sometimes i have used other factors and found them cheaper. I wish i could be sure that GSF was always going to be cheaper.”

“Easy payment and quick delivery. Some of my required parts were collect only. I would have spent more money if I could have had these other items bundled with my delivery. I cannot get to the store to collect, so had to order these elsewhere.”

“Love people works there, always happy to help. However new website is awfull. Really loved old design as was very easy to use, new one still has loads of bugs. If got to order something quick through click and colect due to better price then more often choosing euro car parts website.”

“Good value for money, staff in the Leeds east store are very helpful. The website could be made more user friendly when you order to collect you are required to continue entering the location for every part which takes up time when ordering a lot of parts.”
