“The web site is difficult to use, very difficult to order several parts, had to order as separate parts, even when parts have been picked up reminders are sent. Other wise very good value. Improve the web site.”

“The staff at the Leicester branch are always helpful, but ring and check your order is available before you travel, as the automated emails are not always correct.”

“Part ordered and collected with little hassle (even though took the staff at the Swansea branch a while to locate where the part was in the store). When I returned my old part for surcharge cash back the lady working did almost re-charge £60 to my card rather than refund, and I had to prompt her to check the part was in the box.”

“Bought a pair of bolts for a Peugeot exhaust. But they come without nuts? Do you know how hard it is to find these nuts? So you missed out on "very good"”

“Generally good, prices are very fair with discount offered. Parts are always good quality. Service OK, but have had issue in past with ordered parts not arriving however; when part finally arrived they delivered for free”

“Great website - really useful to see the relevant image of the part Great staff in Exeter branch - always knowledgable and helpful. Have used them quite a bit over the past 15 years Not that impressed with the 'online phone help line' 01216267971. Phoned them to ask for a replacement gasket on failure of one I had just purchased (order number 100519485). I spoke to a guy (didn't get his name) who was less than helpful, almost to the point of being rude. Eventually agreed to sending a replacement gasket (reluctantly) and received it in good time - shame. That was quite damaging to the reputation of the company.”

“Every I ordered arrived quickly and safely. I was sent the relevant tracking information and knew when to expect the delivery. Prices were good. There were a few bits I wanted which were not in stock. I found engine oil cheaper elsewhere. Overall I am a happy customer and will use GSF again.”

“I use get regular and receive brilliant service I prefer to use the Doncaster branch as that is the most local to me and connagh Peterson is a very friendly and helpful member off staff. As for the online service also brilliant with her fast delivery”
