“My score reflects my experiance with your web site. I could see you had what I wanted in stock but i couldent buy it because the site would not accept my location post code, I eventualy went to your branch and purchased the item, I explained my dificulty, I was told that what I should have entered was your branch post code, how stupid is that, how is an on line cistomer going to know your branch post code. Another problem was that i had an online price and a discount code so when i went to the branch i expected the same price, they were not able to offer this, so i had to order on line, using the location as above, then wait 15 mins for the order to come through to the branch. SO I GOT WHAT I WANTED BUT IT WAS HARD WORK”
