“Ordered parts online sent wrong parts out had go to shop and return then have to wait for them to send a form to head office for my refund me”

“I can't give you minus 1,i ordered some brake pads from you last week, and i need to find out your order been damaged in transit, because you didn't inform me and let me waiting like a foolish. And after i spoke with someone and told me i will recived on Saturday and nothing.”

“I recently ordered a part online through the reservation system and recieved an SMS to advise that te part was ready. Arrived at the branch only to find that the sales assistant couldn't find the order on the system.... What kind of antiquated IT system is GSF using? I had to re-order on my phone and wait until head office sent it through!? utter beaurocratic madness.... I certainly won't be returning to GSF anytime soon....”
