“Made an on line order at 6am, click and collect. I arrived around 5 past 8, gave my details to the friendly staff member. At 10 past 9, I was heading to my car, to get on with my day. Excellent service, well impressed!”

“Images different from the product's. Rear pads I purchased clearly showed sensor attached in photos, but this wasn't correct. I had to spend more to buy one despite the false advertising.”

“Went to pick up parts was told to come back after 2pm as they was on a van, went back to be told they hadn’t been ordered will be following day, 2 days later they arrived but as they was needed I got them from elsewhere, you have lost a returning customer”

“I typed in my registration for a new set of windscreen wipers both front and rear. 11 products appeared for my vehicle and I purchased the first two on the list. These items did not fit. I contacted the store who were very helpful about exchanging them. This involved a 15mile trip twice, and still I have the wrong rear wiper that I need to exchange. THE WEBSITE IS INCORRECT.”
