“Was very difficult to get in touch to resolve a damaged delivery item got a refund through a phone call but some bad advice online to try and reuse the battery which had no fluid in stall Left with a damaged floor where the courier had brought in to The house it was delivered a day early so I don’t get the opportunity to be there to recieve it or warn anyone what the delivery was for example.”

Part was in stock, he opened the box to check it was what I was expecting to see and was talkative/polite and engaging……. A credit to the company. Part was exact copy of the original and half the price of a nearby rival company.”

“Came to collect and was given the wrong oil filter. Also, I came to find out that that the spark plugs came in at £20 a spark! Meaning you want £80 for 4! So I got the girl to refund that! Not being robbed thanks. Last time I bought these they were £24 ish for 4! Absolutely scandalous!”
