“I ordered a few items for click and collect that evening i went to pick them up after a while of looking around i was told some of the items were meant to be on shop floor but werent so would have to come back tomorrow for them - not ideal as is an hour return trip A couple of days later i went to pick them up and was waiting for over 10 minutes to be served i could see 4 people out back chatting and only one person serving . it took her over 5 minutes to bag the person in front of me items if i hadnt already payed for the items i would have left”
