“Ordered online, emailed saying to collect the same day I gave it till the Monday to make sure part was there. Got there. It wasn't there... I then came back later that evening, the part was there, took it home and it was the wrong item so had to go back and get refunded. The lady who served was very helpful, but by the sounds of it, these mistakes happen alot, I've had a couple issues before with GSF and likely be last choice next time I need anything”

“I'm yet to receive my car battery. I ordered online and nothing said it couldn't be delivered but DHL seemingly won't deliver it. I've heard nothing from GSF and will have to contact them Monday to figure out what's happening as my car is off the road.”
