I ordered a part for my partners car with 2-3 days delivery. When the carrier showed that they were still waiting on it 2 days later I engaged with GSF chat and then email and on the Monday (6 days after ordering) I was informed that the part had been lost by the carrier. Whilst this part is not GSF’s fault and their chat staff were helpful I will not be rushing to order from them as first choice. I got the part from euro carparts the same day.

I ordered parts with next day delivery. The order was dispatched late and with critical parts for the job missing. This meant I had to order these from another store, paying another shipping charge. I still haven't been provided a full refund for the missing parts, and have so far received a partial refund which does not match what I paid for undelivered parts. The problem with stock reporting online, and so far difficulty getting a correct refund means I unfortunately cannot trust GSF as a supplier in future.

Not impressed with service. I am missing part of my order which I have chased up but still not received with no real explanation given. Plus this was just an air filter for a ford fiesta so should have been a common part.

I am order parts a week ago still I’m waiting for delivery I called and man tell me I m receiving next day unfortunately I am not getting any delivery the order number is Order #1008587030

2 reasons I only gave a 5. 1. the original battery had obviously fallen over leaking acid on to the packaging. Was difficult to speak to a human but eventually sent me a replacement FOC. Had to take faulty battery to local depot. 2. New battery recomended as direct replacement for my Fiat 500 2013. Not a direct replacement "Negative termianal dia. smaller than should be. Required to manufacture sleeve to fit. GSF are a great distrubuter but like every else replying on suppliers to tell the truth.

Wipers they posted are not the correct ones but they expect me to go to one of their stores which are miles away to return them!

Collected click and collect order on Wednesday. I was left waiting 15 minutes while one staff member took a personal call and ignored customers, and the colleague who finally served me was dismissive and unhelpful. Two items were incorrect and was told this is not an issue. Complaints dept do not respond. Overall GSF service is appaling.

Parts ordered over a week ago on 2 - 3 business day delivery. Not arrived yet. GSF claim parts despatched but Evri tracking claims not to have received the parts yet. Someone is lying and I know who I'll put my money on. I was unable to open an account with GSF as there appears to be a glitch with their website, something to do with Captcha and verification. Their email address quoted for customer support is a non monitored address., so that's brilliant for Customer Support. To say 'could do better' is a total understatement. Let's see if they can find out what's happened to my order when I ring them on Monday.
