“had a problem with the battery i bought 2 years ago (kept going flat if the car wasn't used for a couple of days, possible dead cell). after a quick call, i took said battery into the local peterborough store where it was checked and indeed failed the the tests carried out, i was given a replace there and then as per the 3 year garantee, could not fault the service and 5***** to the counter assistant that dealt with my issue”

“Lovely staff quick turnaround. Sadly had to go to a competitor for other Autoglym items, ie. Autoglym aqua wax, clay bar mitt (not a cloth) autoglym resin polish Spray Would have been good for you to supply them but unfortunately you don't even stock them.”

“I ordered my parts online. Put the Registration number in and selected parts, I asked the online messager too, to confirm correct parts. Parts came promptly and now I'm stuck with useless parts that doesn't fit my car. Rang up store and they said nothing you can do but come in store. I work 6 days a week and due to my hours can't get to store. So thanks for nothing. Online shopping is for convenience. Get it right!!!”

“Whe I ordered 8 spark plugs I was promised next day delivery ( if I ordered them with 30 minutes to go on a clock on the screen) they came 2 days later, sorry I won't be ordering on line again”
