“Battery to be delivered by courier. First item arrived inverted compared to the cardboard 'this way up' packaging - item useless corrosive content all over the packaging. Notified GSF reps and in due course replacement item arrived with some discoloration of cardboard packaging but hopefully with enouth electrolyte left to fulfil 5 year guarantee. Packing staff supervision needs increasing. Think about whether to send batteries through the post any more. I certainly will. delivery operative said parcels often tumble along conveyors and staff often do not read 'this way up' notices due to lack of English or care. Thank you for good response in sending out replacement battery.”

“Your guys in branch are really good and knowledgeable but your website for the click and collect wasn’t very good at all.. And the prices on the website are different to those in the store by quite a lot..”

“Parts all as expected. The only issue I have with GSF is that manufacturers part numbers are not quoted on parts listings. The only way to check you are ordering the correct part is to contact GSF to get the manufacturers part number. Sometimes I would have received the wrong part if I had not checked.”

“My only concern was that the envelope that it arrived in was not up to the job as the box that the spark plug was packed in by the manufacturer was badly crushed and I was a little concerned that the porcelain body of the spark plug could have been damaged.”

“I am satisfied with parts quality and internet process. My only concern was staff’s relations with costumer at the branch I visited. It wasn’t very pleasant.I went there to collect my order it was just me and I had to wait 6 to 7 minutes for someone to show up. When I asked questions regards to my order i been told when you ordering on line we shouldn’t answer questions but I answer just this time which I refuse to hear his answer. I told him i am gana bring it back if it’s not in my satisfaction which I didn’t. Thanks”

“I ordered a oil a oil filter and also a screw it was dirt cheap so I did it It arrived quickly and was packed in a nice box Even the delivery driver spoke some english Now can I please have the prize Thank you”
