“Brought an new ht lead set for my vw T2 , impressed with the quality and very handy that they still do parts for my 1973 camper as a lot of companies now stocking fewer and fewer parts. Keep up the good work GFS. Will definitely order more from these guys...”

“No problem with the parts I ordered they seemed to be of good quality, the only problem was caused by myself for buying the wrong parts but GSF quickly gave me a refund and the staff were very helpful”

“Ordered some parts for my Seat Leon Cupra on line to be picked up via 'click and collect' from the Gloucester store. Easy to use the web site by first entering the car reg. which found the correct make and model straight away. Rear discs were on the shelf but the pads were not available until the following day. When collected the pads were for a Jaguar, which clearly did not fit. Turns out that the web site data was incorrect and the Jaguar pads were indeed listed against the Seat. Counter staff at Gloucester were excellent in resolving the issue and as it turned out, the correct pads (Brembo) were on the shelf all along. This snag has resulted in my rating of good, as opposed to very good, simply because the front end data on the web site was incorrect. The process itself and the help given by the staff were great.”

“I received good discount on the part's, so I understand the need to charge for next day delivery. But could the costs be reduced, as these parts where VOR. Waiting 3 days was a inconvenience.”

“Great range of products and prices are ok if you wait for one of their 60% off emails, these bring their prices down to about what everyone else charges! Free delivery is a winner though and very convenient.”

“All the parts I purchased in the past from GSF were delivered quickly and good stuff. The only issue is returning to local branch (Reading). Bad customer service, not friendly/welcome, not smooth experience.”

“First I used your company. I used your card online registration finder but when I entered my reg, it was saying that my car was a 2007 model. It the offered me to input my car from your drop down choices. My car is a 2008 model. After this the online journey gave me the part that I needed, so I processed click and collect. When I went to fit the part it was too small for my car. I quickly called the store and returned the item (exhaust). The store assistant asked me how many managed to order the wrong part and I told. He apologised and gave me a refund and he ordered the correct part. Now fitted. Thanks”
