“Gas struts turned up quickly and was able to fit them with a friend's help. However as they weren't Renault struts it took a while to fit them. This is to be expected for the price so no complaints there! Will buy future parts for both my Renault and Merc from this company as price competitive and delivery prompt.”

“My order of rear wheel bearings was delivered promptly and the quality of the parts was seen to be very good. When I had an issue with one of the wheel bearings, GSF explained exactly what I needed to do and provided the return forms, the process for my refund is still in progress, I am hoping that it will be resolved soon. Up to now I have had great quality service from GSF.”

“Your it system lets you down I ordered 2 separate parts and then when I went to collect they had multiple items ie 5handbrake cables only ordered 1 same with other orders but staff in Wolverhampton were excellent”

“Generally use GSF as their prices are good when their offers are on. They are easy to order online and collect in store. Only grumble is when they only have one staff member serving, it can take a while even when you've ordered online and are only collecting.”

“The prices are usually good with the online discount. Quality parts. I was sent the wrong fuel filter which is why Im giving 4 stars. But I went into a store the staff were very good and got ne the right one and sent the other one back so I could get my refund.”

“Our registration number wasnt recognised by the online system which made ordering not quite so easy. Brake discs were available for home delivery but pads not for some reason so collected the lot from bristol branch next day. Guy on the counter was very helpful and double checked what we'd ordered to confirm they were correct. Parts reasonably priced and all fitted now .....will order again ...so see ya next time .”

“I’ve been using GSF for many years and the reason for doing so is that they always have good prices compared to other companies, they have a very wide variety of parts and can get almost anything in you want. My only dislike is sometimes not being able to get things delivered when I can pick them up in store ad I don’t live very close to my nearest store.”
