“Good pricing, good parts, easy online services, ie click and collect, only reason for the 4 star on this occasion is because the part I ordered was listed as in stock and ready to collect, but when I came to collect it was missing and had to be got in from another store, but still well handled”

“But I would have bought a lot more parts if I wasn't forced to enter registration details for my car which is a TVR so is made up of parts from all sorts of other cars. There appears to be no way to just search for parts, the website forces me to be car specific (and it doesn't recognise the registration number anyway).”

“Strange that one item of a multi item order couldnt be delivered and was collection only, but it was a run of the mill service item. Ironically it took them ages to find it as they had misplaced it in the warehouse.....”

“I bought 2 outer CV joints. A good price, but..... one box had no grease, the circlip is weak and stretched out of shape going on the shaft, then more or less refused to pop inside the joint; we had to resort to poking it in with 2 tiny screwdrivers. Then found that the clip/band for the small end of the gaitor wasn't big enough so had to use a cable tie. Then to make things worse, the hub nut supplied is 1mm bigger than the original (36/35mm), so I had to go and buy a 2nd socket. Ran out of time in the day, so will be attempting the other side next week. Good service from the branch - parts were ready for collection at the stated time 😃.”
