“Good selection of parts and usually have it in stock. Did go to collect recently and people were queuing out the door while there was one single guy on the counter who also kept answering the phone. Called two more people through to help, they came through, looked around then disappeared again! Hence my five minute wait was nearer 20!”

“I found the chat service very helpful to decide which fuel filter and which brakes pads to use as there were various different types of design options. I did feel that the 5 ltr oil that I wanted was not available so had to purchase an alternative cheaper option. This was the same case when ordering the same parts for the last service.”

“Ordered wiper blades online sent to my house, but unfortunately not the correct onces i ordered, so had to going to my local gsf to return and collect the correct ones the lady was very helpful and couldn't do enough for me even when the phone was ringing constantly another customers were waiting”

“Web site easy to use and check for the right parts needed. Really good price and fast delivery sevice. I had a problem with the brake pads that were sent. Contacted customer services ( spoke on the phone and they can only sort problem by email and a picture of goods) who once they had received email sorted the problem and new parts sent by next day delivery. Would recommend for service price and customer satisfaction.”

“Used GSF parts on E-Bay - Excellent swift responses from the GSF E-Bay team with very good advice and assistance - Will definitely use again. Be sure to check compatibility using "Contact Seller" as the on-line system is not that good - you will get an answer really quickly.”

“Excellent and quick service, and competitively priced, even against other Parts Spares Merchants in the area. Parking was a little difficult as it is on a small trading estate right opposite a plumbing merchant, but in all fairness did not sway my good opinion of GSF as a whole.”

“In my opinion the only issue I have is that your system software needs to be updated and maintained because when I want to buy parts, website asks for sign in details but then it's not recognised but when i enter my car reg there it is I'm already in. Thank you”
