“Easy to use system when ordering and the parts were delivered promptly and were correct. However,I would have liked an email advising me of an estimated delivery time/slot because between placing the order and the parts turning up at my house their was no communication from GSF or the courier to advise when my items may be delivered.”

“GSF had the parts I needed in stock... BUT the 'standard' prices are waaaay too much compared to competitors, GSF only become cost effective once you add in the email discount codes. If I can't buy with a discount code (eg mid-week) I buy elsewhere. Early closing on Saturday is annoying, as is being closed on Sunday.”

“Even though I was sent the wrong brake pads, I searched for parts using my reg, it was sorted using my local garage very quickly and returning the pads was very easy and quick”

“Easy return of part not needed. Would have given 5 stars but all the guys I have dealt with in Anover have less personality than slugs, and you can't help feeling they are doing you a favour allowing you to buy from them.”
